Seafood Lasagna in a Garlic & Herb Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 400.
  2. Prepare Garlic & Herb Sauce per package directions.
  3. Use a fork and mix the ricotta & egg together. (very well).
  4. In a lasagna pan spoon a small amount of sauce on bottom.
  5. Place 3 lasagna noodles. More sauce.
  6. Start to layer seafood, ricotta cheese & noodles to your liking.
  7. On the last layer place the slices of tomato & cover with the provolone cheese.
  8. Pour remaining sauce over the top.
  9. Cover & cook 50 minutes.
  10. Uncover & cook 10 more minutes.
  11. This dish needs a lot of sauce. When you think you have enough add more. It is so much better the second day. ENJOY!
  12. TIP: I like to mix a bit of sauce with the seafood to make it stick together before I layer it.
