Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place saffron strands in warm water and soak
  2. Prepare orzo very al dente
  3. Pre-heat oven to 400
  4. Pre-heat pan, add olive oil, garlic and onions, saute until translucent
  5. Drain orzo and place in oven-safe pan
  6. Mix in parsley
  7. Arrange cubed albacore steaks, shrimp and crab on top of orzo
  8. Roast until begins to brown
