Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp buttermilk (it makes the difference)
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp miracle whip
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine ,eggs,buttermilk,miracle whip,salt,and Pepper
  2. Beat the stuffings out of it
  3. Melt Butter in small skillet and when hot add egg mixture
  4. (My daughter says I need to come up to speed,so I do make this in the Mirco wave,in a well butter large bowl)
  5. Cook on low if using the stove top until partially set
  6. Add bacon and finish cooking eggs
  7. Note:I also like to scramble my eggs(NOT this recipe,but another)
  8. With Picante sauce,shredded chedder chesse,dash of milk,great Texas scramble
