  1. Using a meat hammer, hammer the meat until about 1/8 of an inch thick.
  2. Salt and pepper meat to taste.
  3. Flour the piece of meat.
  4. Batter the meat in egg.
  5. Batter the meat with italian bread crumbs.
  6. Fry in about an inch of oil, at medium-high heat until golden brown.
  7. Great sprinkled with lemon juice after cooked.
