Savory Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Open and drain the canned tuna.
  2. Toast the bread (or not as you prefer).
  3. Lightly spread some mayonnaise on the inside of the toast.
  4. Artfully place the lettuce leaves on the the mayonnaise side of the toast (or just throw it on there like I do).
  5. Mix together the drained tuna and remaining ingredients.
  6. Spread half of the tuna mixture on one sandwich and half on the other.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches and serve.
