Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large saucepan, saute leeks and chives in butter until tender
  2. Add broth, potatoes, and savory and bring to boil
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 8-10 minutes
  4. Cool slightly
  5. In blender, process in batches until smooth (Or use an immersion blender to blend)
  6. Return to pan and add cream, salt and pepper
  7. Heat through
