Sausage & Tomato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices smoked bacon
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • plenty herbes de provence
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • plenty paprika

Directions:

  1. Fry sausage, bacon, veg and garlic.
  2. Add pesto, puree, herbs, toms and paprika.
  3. Put in casserole dish with a little water.
  4. Put in oven at 180-200 degrees C and cook for at least 1 hour.
  5. Uncover for last 1/2 hour to brown some of sausages.
