Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook grits according to package directions. Place sausage and onion in a skillet: cook until sausage is browned, drain. Combine sausage mixture, grits, 2 c chesse,eggs, salt and pepper. Pour into a 9 x 13 dish coated with cooking spray. Top with remaining 1/2 c cheese. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
