Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 quart sauerkraut
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp caraway seed
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in oil or bacon grease.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Add sauerkraut, sugar, caraway seeds, grated potato, and water.
  4. Cook for 30 minutes on low. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
