Saucy Beef over Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 large reynolds oven cooking bag
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 (3 oz) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak (cut into thin strips)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees,.
  2. Shake four in reynolds oven bag; place in 13x9x2 inch pan .
  3. Add undrained tomatoes, soup mix, water, and pepper to bag.
  4. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients, Add beef to bag. turn bag to coat beef with the sauce. Arrange ingredients in an even layer.
  5. Close and tie bag.
  6. Bake until beef is tender 40-45 minute.
  7. Serve oven hot rice.
