Directions:

  1. Boil beans in water until soft. When almost soft, add onions, sweet pepper, brown sugar and black pepper.
  2. When soft, add rice and coconut milk powder. Stir, cover and cook on lowest heat until rice is fluffy and completely soaked in beans.
