Sardi's French Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter.
  3. Add sugar and salt.
  4. Beat in flour.
  5. Add milk and stir thoroughly until smooth.
  6. Place pan over medium heat.
  7. Butter pan lightly.
  8. Drop by tablespoons.
  9. Cook until LIGHTLY browned.
  10. Keep re-buttering pan.
  11. ENJOY!
