  1. Cook hamburger and taco seasoning and drain grease
  2. Heat oil lime juice in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Place onion, garlic in skillet, cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Pour beans, corn, chilies and salsa into skillet, cook 3 minutes stirring.
  4. Chili powder, cumin and cilantro
  5. Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to skillet with salt. Cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir cilantro into mixture.
  7. Spoon mixture evenly down center of warmed tortilla and roll tortillas up.
