Salted Peanut Ice Cream Squares

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir together corn syrup and peanut butter.
  2. Stir in cereal.
  3. Press on bottom of buttered 9 x 13 pan.
  4. Freeze (about 10 minutes) until firm.
  5. Spread ice cream on top of crust.
  6. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  7. Pat into ice cream.
  8. Cover and freeze until firm (2 to 4 hours).
  9. To serve, heat caramel topping.
  10. Cut ice cream into squares and serve warm caramel topping over each square.
