Salt and Pepper Pecans

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper
  • 2 cups pecan halves

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium low.
  3. Remove from heat and whisk in the Tabasco, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  4. Stir in pecans, mixing well to coat each piece.
  5. Spread pecans on a baking sheet and toast for 12-15 minutes, stirring once.
  6. Using a spatula remove pecans from baking sheet.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
