Salsa Glazed Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 lbs pork ribs
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup salsa

Directions:

  1. Place ribs in baking pan with water.
  2. Cover and roast at 350°F degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until tender.
  3. Combine salsa and jelly.
  4. Place ribs on grill over medium coals.
  5. Lightly baste with salsa mixture.
  6. Grill 5 to 10 minutes per side until ribs are glazed and browned.
  7. Serve ramining salsa mixture with ribs.
  8. (If you have any left).
