Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Spray 9-inch pie plate with non-stick spray.
  3. Heat water and margarine to boiling in 2-quart pan.
  4. Add Bisquick all at once.
  5. Stir vigorously over low heat until a ball forms.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Beat in eggs one at a time, continue beating until smooth.
  8. Spread in pie plate-DO NOT SPREAD UP SIDES.
  9. Bake until puffed up and dry in center, 35-40 minutes.
  10. Cool.
  11. Fill with tuna salad or any type of salad.
  12. Fill just before serving.
  13. To make a smaller puff, cut recipe in half.
