Ingredients:

  • 4 brown bread slices
  • for the sandwich filling
  • 1 teacup finely chopped boiled vegetables (carrots, cabbage, green peas, cauliflower, potatoes, french beans)
  • 3 to 4 tbsp fresh cream
  • 2 tsp thick fresh curds
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. 1. Mix all the ingredients for the sandwich filling.
  2. 2. Divide the mixtureinto two and spread over 2 slices of bread.
  3. 3. Cover with the other 2 slices
  4. Cut each sandwich into two
