Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) container dannon lite 'n fit strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 3 tbsp quick oats
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Drink.
