Ruben Sandwiches On Rye

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil / or butter
  • 1 slice of swiss cheese
  • 3 slices of turkey pastrami
  • 2 tbsp of saurkraut
  • 1 slice of provolone cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat griddle or grill 250 degrees
  2. Drizzle or spread olive oil or butter on one side of sliced bread
  3. Stack in order remaining ingredients
  4. Grill till rye bread is browned and cheeses are melted about 5 min per side
  5. Serve while warm enjoy with a soup.. of your choice
