Roumanian Mushrooms and Sour Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb mushroom
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Wash mushrooms. Place butter in skillet and saute mushrooms. When tender add sour cream. Cook slowly until sauce is thickened. Season and serve on toast.
