Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 package yeast
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 5-6 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Mix the milk, sugar, and oil in a pan until it starts to boil. Cool until luke warm.
  2. Add the yeast, salt, and beaten egg to the milk mixture.(be sure that the milk mixture is luke warm or the egg will start to cook). Add the 5-6 cups of flour. Knead on floured surface for 5-6 minutes. Cover in bowl that has been greased. Cover with lid or towel until double in size. Grease a 9x13 pan. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Make into rolls and put into greased pan, and let rise until double in size. Bake for 25-30 min, until golden brown on top. Invert on wax paper and cool.
