Roasted Veggies and Sausage

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium zucchini , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 medium yellow squash , cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1/2 lb asparagus , cut into 2 inch pieces
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mccormick's montreal brand steak seasoning
  • 3 tbsp butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Cut potatoes in half and then into 1/2 inch slices. In a large roasting pan toss the veggies with olive oil. Sprinkle on the garlic salt and Montreal Steak seasoning. Toss to evenly distribute this. Dot the mixture with the butter. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and add the smoked sausages. Bake 20-30 minutes until the veggies are done.
  2. ( You can add any veggie you have in your refrigerator. Anything will work.).
