Roasted Tofu

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp red wine
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Slice tofu into 1/4 inch thick slabs, about 8.
  2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Bake at 350 30 min, turning halfway thru.
