Tofu in a simple sauce. Serve as is or in a stir fry.
Ingredients:
16 oz firm tofu, drained
1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
Directions:
1. Slice tofu into 1/4 inch thick slabs, about 8.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Bake at 350 30 min, turning halfway thru.
