Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 10 small red potatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into small cubes
  2. Put into 9 X 13 baking dish
  3. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes
  4. Bake 375 for 40 minutes
