Roasted Asparagus in Garlicky-Tarragon Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients (except for asparagus) into large bowl.
  3. Toss the asparagus in the dressing until well coated.
  4. Arrange the asparagus on an ungreased baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring/turning occasionally.
  6. May add a sprinkle of fresh grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
