Rina's Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf bread
  • 2 medium onions, chopped
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes, chop into cubes, and boil until fork tender. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, dip each slice of bread briefly in a bowl of water, squeeze (should be moist, but not dripping) and break up into a large bowl.
  3. Add onions, potatoes, and seasonings (to taste) together and toss.
  4. Drizzle oil on top and mix well.
  5. Refrigerate overnight. Stuff into turkey's body cavity just before roasting.
