Ricotta Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (32 oz) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 (8 oz) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz) jar pizza sauce

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix eggs, seasoning and ricotta together and smooth into baking dish.
  4. Pour pizza sauce on top and spread evenly.
  5. Cover with mushrooms, cheese and any other ingredients you might wish to add.
  6. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees until ricotta sets up.
  7. Enjoy!
