Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
  2. Roll dough into pencil-like rope about 2cm thick. Cut 4cm pieces.
  3. Drop into boiling salted water. Let cook until gnocchi float on top.
  4. Remove with slotted spoon. Toss gently with your favorite sauce. Top with romano cheese.
