Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute meat until brown and drain the fat remove from pan
  2. Saute onions and garlic until tranparent
  3. Add meat and sauce cook for 5 to 7 minutes
  4. Remove from pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes
  5. Remove from fridge add cheeses and eggs
  6. Heat oil to 400 degrees
  7. Keeping your hand slightly wet roll the rice mixture into balls the size of golf balls
  8. Bread and fry until golden brown
  9. Useing a spider spoon remove fromm oil and put on colling rack
  10. ENJOY!
