  1. Cook rice til tender. Beat eggs with milk and sugar; add vanilla. Add rice, raisins and chunk of butter, Pour into buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle top liberally with ground cinnamon and nutmeg. Bake 350 for 30 min (may need a little longer)
