Rice Flower Waffles

Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil (i prefer coconut, but you need to melt it first)
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. 1) Preheat your waffle maker to your favorite setting.
  2. 2) Mix the rice flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon if using it.
  3. 3) Add in the apple sauce, egg, oil, vanilla extract, and honey.
  4. 4) Mix thoroughly, adding a 1/4 cup of water at a time until the batter is smooth and the consistency of pancake batter.
  5. 5) Pour the batter 2 cups and a time into the waffle iron, cook, and enjoy!
