Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups rhubarb
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package. strawberry jello

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Cut 2 tbsp. butter into 1 cup flour mixed with baking powder and dash salt. Beat egg with milk, blend into flour mixture. Put into 9 baking pan. Wash and trim rhubarb, cut very fine, measure 4 cups, spread over base. Mix 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/4 melted cup melted butter together until crumbly. Spread evenly over rhubarb mixture. Sprinkle Jello powder over top. Bake at 350 F. for 35 to 40 minutes.
