Ingredients:

  • 1 lb rhubarb
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Wash and drain your Rhubarb.
  2. Cut up your Rhubarb.
  3. Do NOT add it to your water.
  4. Cover and cook over boiling water without stirring for 30 minutes.
  5. Chill.
