Ingredients:

  • 125 g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • boiling water, enough to make right consistency

Directions:

  1. Melt butter until really hot and add whisked egg mix quickly.
  2. Then sugar and cocoa and add crushed biscuits
  3. And raisins.
  4. Press into tin and add icing and put in fridge to set.
  5. When hard cut and store in container in fridge.
  6. Lasts few days in fridge.
