Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar, and salt.
  2. When shortening is melted, add milk, yest, and eggs. Then add flour (not too stiff).
  3. Let rise. Mix down, then set in refrigerator over night.
  4. When ready to use, set in pan and let rise. Make donut buns. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Mix glaze ingredients together until it is thin enough to dip the donuts into.
