Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Cookie Mix in a Jar

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups flour, mixed with
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 8 large reese peanut butter cups, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Layer ingredients in jar in order given.
  2. Press each layer firmly in place before adding next ingredient.
  3. Attach this recipe to the jar:.
  4. Reese's Peanut Butter Cups Cookies.
  5. Remove candies from jar and set aside.
  6. Empty cookie mix into a large mixing bowl; stir to combine.
  7. Add 1/2 cup softened butter, 1 slightly beaten egg and 1teaspoon vanilla extract; mix until completely blended.
  8. Stir in candies.
  9. Roll dough into walnut-size balls.
  10. Place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
  11. Bake at 375 degrees F for 12 to 14 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  12. Cool for 5 minutes on baking sheet.
  13. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
