Ingredients:

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 2/3 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1/3 cup capers

Directions:

  1. Bake according to manufacturer’s instructions, adding the onions and capers during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
