Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring first 3 ingredients to boil in medium saucepan over medium heat, whisking until sugar dissolves.
  2. Boil caramel 5 minutes, whisking occasionally.
  3. Turn off heat, whisk in butter, vanilla and salt. Cool completely.
  4. Dip apple slices in caramel and enjoy.
