Raspberry Poppyseed Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp poppyseeds
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. With food processor on high combine
  2. /3 cup raspberry vinegar
  3. /4 cup sugar
  4. Small onion minced (or less)
  5. Large egg
  6. Tablespoon dijon mustard
  7. Tablespoon poppy seeds
  8. /4 teaspoon salt
  9. With processor still running slowly add 2 1/2 cups vegetable oil.
