Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large bowl,combine dry cake mix,oats and butter until crumbly. Press 3 cups of mixture into greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins. Cool on wire rack for 5 mins.
  2. In small bowl,stir preserves and water till blended. spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 25-28 mins. or till lightly browned. Cool on wire rack. Cut into bars.
