Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
  2. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
  3. Combine yogurt, lemon juice and milk.
  4. Add flour and yogurt mixture alternately to the creamed mixture.
  5. Fold in raspberries and nuts.
  6. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4 full. Let stand 5 minutes, then bake at
  7. 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  8. Yield: 18 2 1/2 muffins.
