Raspberry Frangelico Yoghurt

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the Frangelico into the yoghurt.
  2. Crush the raspberries with the back of a fork in a small bowl, and then very lightly marble them into the yoghurt.
  3. Spoon into two bowls, decorate with the mint and serve.
