Directions:

  1. Combine buffalo, egg, cayenne, celery, onion and crackers.
  2. Form into 4 patties.
  3. Brown on both sides and place ina shallow baking dish.
  4. Pour soup and water over top.
  5. Cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
