Ingredients:

  • marinated chicken breast strips in terriaki, & garlic & pepper.diced 2 celery stalks ,dice bell pepper ( 1/2 cup optional green chili), green onion , 1/2 onion sliced.hidden valley ranch in a pack ,premix before over night or early in the day.taste better,the longer its sets in flavor.or in the bottle premade.chives,salt & pepper. 6-9 flour tortillas (you also have my recipe for tortillas)or more if you need it,deep fried in oil in a large pot & (a wire double colander works wonders in this method.),to a light crisp or store bought.

Directions:

  1. Marinate chicken breast slice into small trips into Terriaki,with garlic & pepper/salt for 2 hrs, or overnight.If you do the overnight method also make hidden valley dressing pack night before or 2-4 hrs prior.Usually you can by a shaker bottle or jar with Hidden valley packs or a jar & lid well work fine. Shake when ready to use ,sometimes adding extra milk softens the thickness of the creamy dressing. Slice onions,green onions,diced celery ,bell pepper & green chili if you want & mix into bowl. Put into frig. Now cooking method for chicken may vary, it can be sauté or grilled the Terriaki gives it the grilled taste.If you grill don't over grill Golden light-med brown . Then put aside. In a large pot fill half way with oil use a wire colander to hold tortilla into shape & dunk it into the hot oil, cook until both sides are light crispy. Then drain on paper towels. Then remove diced veggie bowl from frig , & mix the chicken & ranch dressing together & serve in flour tortilla bowls if you have picky eaters, do separate veggies & chicken separate let them choose what goes into tortilla bowls.Toppings can be sour cream or Pico De Gayo or salsa.Or Guacamole.
