Ingredients:

  • 2 cups dal (cooked with oiul, turmeric , salt and water)
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 -3 cups water
  • 2 tsp ajwain
  • 1 cup ghee
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 tsp salt

Directions:

  2. Add the ghee to the above flour and mix them well, then add ajwan and knead.
