Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. In small saucepan combine sugar, corn starch and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine. Heat until mixture boils and thickens stirring occasionally. Simmer about 10 minutes until flavors have blended.
