Ingredients:

  • raisin cream cheese spread
  • 1/3 cup raisins or currants
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then work in the raisins or currants, ginger, salt and chutney. Add the sherry, a tbs. at a time, until the mixture is of spreading consistency.
