Ingredients:

  • 1 cup carrots
  • 1 cup celery
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Grate all the vegetables using the grater blade of a food processor
  2. Combine all the ingredients, mix well and refrigerate over night to allow flavors to blend.
